Eight years ago, I was stuck in the same painful dating cycles: overanalyzing everything, compromising my values, and trying to fix myself before I believed God could love me. I wanted a Christ-centered relationship, but I kept ending up in the same patterns that left me heartbroken and confused.
At my lowest point, I finally surrendered. And that moment of surrender became the turning point God used to heal my heart, rebuild my confidence, and completely transform how I approached love and faith.
What I learned in that season became the foundation of everything I teach now - a way to move from heartbreak to healing and prepare for a godly relationship without striving, shame, or fear.
Today, I’m a wife to my best friend and a mom to precious twin girls. But more than that, I’m a woman who’s seen how God can take what’s broken and make it beautiful again. And now, I’m passionate about helping other women walk that same path... learning that heartbreak isn’t the end of your story, but often where God begins writing His best work.

Not at all! Many women join while they’re still figuring things out. Maybe you’re in a situationship, dating, or even wondering if God is closing a door.
Sermons and Scripture are absolutely where healing starts! This workshop then helps you see your heartbreak through that biblical lens. It’s designed to connect the dots between what you know about the bible and what you’re actually feeling day to day, so you can begin to understand what healing with God really looks like.
Nope! While a lot of what I share comes from my own experience healing from an unhealthy relationship, the workshop is for any woman who’s walking through heartbreak, confusion, or a season of surrender.
While the content is designed with women in mind (especially those healing from past relationships and learning to date with God’s guidance), I’ve had many men attend and benefit too! Anyone is welcome to join. Just know that the examples and teaching are primarily framed from a woman’s perspective :)
